Sanskriti Haat – Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We at Sanskriti Haat are committed to ensuring a seamless and transparent shopping
experience. Please take a moment to read through our delivery, cancellation, and refund
policies before placing your order.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- Service Areas: We ship across India. International delivery is available upon
request.
- Dispatch Timelines: Orders are usually dispatched within 4–5 business days of
order confirmation.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery is expected within 5–7 working days after
dispatch. *Note: Delivery to remote locations or during force majeure events
(e.g., strikes, natural calamities, etc.) may be delayed.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat ₹70 fee for orders
below ₹999
- Missed Deliveries: Free delivery applies to the first attempt only. If the delivery
fails due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
2. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email and SMS
by the delivery partner.
- You can also contact our team directly for real-time updates.
- If you haven’t received any update within 10 days of placing your order, kindly
reach out via our Customer Support channels.
3. What to Check on Delivery
At the time of delivery, we request you to:
- Inspection: inspect all external surfaces for any signs of damage (cracks, dents,
breakage).
- Unpacking Video: We recommend recording an uninterrupted unpacking video
from seal opening to complete inspection — this is mandatory to claim
refund/replacement in case of issues.
*Important: Once the product is delivered and accepted without damage reported
within 24 hours, any future claims of damage due to mishandling, use, or
installation error will not be entertained.
4. Cancellations
A. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it hasn’t been
dispatched.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to your original payment method or
issued as store credit (on request).
B. Post 24 Hours
- Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or dispatched.
- Change-of-mind cancellations are not allowed after the 24-hour window.
5. Refund & Return Policy
- We do not accept returns unless a product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at
the time of delivery.
A. If You Receive a Damaged or Defective Product
- Raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- A full unpacking video is mandatory as proof — claims without video cannot be
processed.
- We will assess and offer the appropriate resolution: replacement or refund.
B. If You Receive the Wrong Product
- If the product doesn’t match the order specifications, report it within 24 hours.
- We will verify and provide an exchange or full refund, as applicable.
C. Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Any applicable processing or payment gateway fees may be deducted.
6. Product Variation & Disclaimer
- Slight color variation, texture differences, and natural material inconsistencies
(such as wood grain or fabric) are normal and not considered defects.
- We ensure strict quality control, but natural properties or acceptable tolerances
(e.g. size variation up to 5mm) are not grounds for replacement.
